How to Play

On our homepage, you will see a box marked with ‘ENTER NOW’ on each of our upcoming competitions. Click that box and you will be taken to the entry form.

Step 1 is to answer the competition question in the box provided.

Step 2 is to select the number of entries you require. Please note that these are entries, not separate attempts to answer the question correctly. If you provide an incorrect competition question answer, you will be unable to try again without purchasing more entries. The question will be clearly displayed prior to deciding whether or not to enter, but you will not find out if you answered the question correctly until after you have purchased your entries.

Step 3 is to complete your details on the entry form and pay for your entries. Before processing your entry, you will need to check the box to agree to our terms and conditions, which you can find here.

After your entry is processed, if your answer to the competition question is correct, your name will be entered into the draw with all other correct entries. Your name will be entered into the draw once for each entry you purchase. For example, if you purchase ten entries, your name will be entered into the draw ten times.

You will be notified by email of ticket numbers for the draw.

There is also a free entry route into the competition draw. You may enter the competition for free by sending your entry on a postcode by first- or second-class post to the Promotor at the following address.

All postcard entrants must have created an account on the website for the postal entry to be valid. All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation email with ticket number. Postal entries with details that do not correspond to a registered account cannot be processed.

Postcard entries must be submitted via first- or second-class post. Bulk entries are not permissible and if received will count as a single entry. The only limit placed on the amount of times customers can enter the competition for free is the ticket limit assigned to each competition, however each free entry must be submitted separately.

How long is the competition open for?

For each competition, the opening and closing dates are readily available on the website. Closing dates can only be changed by the Promotor for reasons outside of our control. In the unlikely event this occurs, the website will be updated accordingly, and all entrants will be notified by email.

When will the live draw take place?

Live draws will take place on the date the competition closes and be streamed on our social media platforms. Entrants will receive an email reminder on the day of the live draw.

How will I know if I won the competition?

The simplest way is to join us for the live draws on our social media page. However, if this is not possible, the winner will be notified via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If entrants change contact details prior to the closing date, it is crucial that entrants inform us. We will try to contact you through the contact details you provided when purchasing competition entries. Entrants can also check published competition winners on our website. In the unlikely and unfortunate and unlikely event we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the competition prize.

What happens if I get the question wrong?

If entrants get the question wrong, they will not be entered into the competition draw. Entrants will not be entitled to a refund in this circumstance.

Can I try again?

Customers can enter competitions as many times as they like, with the only restriction being the ticket limit specified on each draw.

Who can enter the competition?

Competition is open to residents of the UK over the age of 18.

We do not currently accept entries from people outside of the UK.

You can not enter any Community Cashback Competition if you are a direct relative of the Promotor.

What are the prizes?

All competition prizes will be specified on our website. We reserve the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value in the unlikely event the prize is unavailable for reasons outside of our control.

What community causes do the competitions support?

Community Cashback Competitions are proud supporters of local communities, and a significant proportion of the proceeds from each draw will go towards local initiatives with social value and community impact. These causes may be different for each competition but will be specified on our website. We will also share the stories of these local organisations and community centres on our website and social media pages.

How can community projects apply for support?

Our team carefully vet the community beneficiaries of our competitions, but community project managers can contact us via email to enquire about securing support.

How do you use my personal data?

Personal Data will be used for the administration of our competitions and to award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

If you are a Winner, we will have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to demonstrate we have conducted the competition and awarded prizes fairly.

For organisational transparency, we will also publish the names of Winners and Instant Winners on the Winners page of our website and on our social media accounts, unless entrants have explicitly contacted our team to ask us not to.

Do I have to participate in promotional activities if I win?

This is not compulsory. However, Community Cashback Competitions has a social goal of assisting and supporting local communities, therefore spreading awareness is key to our organisational strategy. Consequently, with your permission, we would like to share your story on our social media and website.

How is the winner decided?

Everyone who gets the competition question correct will be entered in to the live draw. Instant winners will correlate with the ticket number corresponding to each entry, with will be generated at random. For main prize draws, the winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries.

What to do if I have entered, but have not received email confirmation?

If you have not received an email from us, please first check the spam folder in your emails. If emails are not there either, please contact us by email at (insertemail)
